Memo to Membership - AGM & YF
The NAFC’s 52nd Annual Meeting will be held at the River Cree Resort on the traditional territory of Treaty 6 and the Metis homelands from Sunday, July 16 and extending through to Tuesday, July 18, 2023. This year’s Annual Meeting will follow the 33rd Annual Youth Forum which will be held from July 13-16, 2023.
Our host for the 33rd Annual Youth Forum and the 52nd Annual Meeting is the Canadian Native Friendship Centre (CNFC). The CNFC has been in existence for over 60 years. The CNFC President is Ella Mayer and Deborah Andrews is the Executive Director.
It is a very exciting time for the Canadian Native Friendship Centre, and they are looking forward to hosting Friendship Centre delegates from across Canada to Enoch and Edmonton, AB.

Registration:
All delegates/observers must register online. The NAFC has contracted the services of Smudge Web Services Inc. an Ottawa-based, Indigenous owned business, to provide event registration services. Online registration will be available until July 14, 2023.

Reservations for our events will be made by individual attendees directly with River Cree Resort reservations at 1.844.425.2733. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Courtesy block rooms must be cancelled by 4:00 pm MST, day of arrival. Failure to cancel will incur one (1) night room and tax.
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before 5:00 pm (MST), Tuesday, June 13, 2023.
