The NAFC’s Policy Team works with community partners and different levels of government to ensure the needs and priorities of the Friendship Centre Movement are heard. Drawing on the expertise of the NAFC’s network of service-delivery experts, the Policy Team writes, researches, and provides recommendations for policy and legislative reform on a range of issues, including but not limited to:
- Child Welfare
- Languages
- Reconciliation
- Employment
- Housing and Homelessness
- Criminal Justice
